I wouldn't rest on this as my usually source of hydration, though it's tiny and ideal for lightweight use. we wanted something tiny and compress to wear underneath my coupler when snowboarding. This is really gentle and not too bulky. The zip slot fits a Luna/Clif sized bar easily, and income and ID as needed. I like that this container has a lot of room for stuff. we can container all we need for geocaching, a GPS reciever, additional batteries, pens, notebooks, as good as hiking reserve and snacks. we don't use a dual Lexan H2O bottles granted though dual 20oz H2O bottles fit perfectly. The usually thing we could consider of to urge on it is to embody a trek character strap for those prolonged hikes.
