I saw this on Crunchyroll a few years ago and I've been watchful for it to come out on DVD ever since. It's about a ruthless magician who wants to get his hands on a sorcery staff that is hold by a immature girl, whose best crony from a destiny uses sorcery (really a kind of absolute mechanism formula that, when used properly, is unequivocally like magic)to go behind and save her. The best friend, Kiyomi, is awkward and scared, though dauntless adequate to try anyway.
The essay behind this story is some-more formidable and engaging than many of a newer anime these days. The computer-code-as-magic thought is one fascinating example. The impression designs are gorgeous, and during usually 12 episodes, there's not that most filler, thankfully. The thesis songs are unequivocally lovable and catchy, and there is some fanservice. Oh, and if we remember correctly, some of a episodes are shown out of order, to make things seem some-more mysterious.

This isn't unequivocally a review, though some-more information than anything.
For those of we that keep adult with anime, This is a array called "Yoku Wakaru Gendai Mahou". Took that off Anidb.
I favourite it. Not most else to contend right now...
